Social Dance for Wellbeing
We would like to invite you to the remaining 5 weeks of our Social Dance sessions, which are being held at Dance Addiction Studios on Wednesdays from 11-12pm, and finish on Wednesday 8th April. The group has just begun learning a new Blues routine and will build on this week by week. Please see further details below from social space.
We’re really looking forward to welcoming you to the Social Dance for Wellbeing – Hello Carers Programme, which continues weekly on Wednesdays at 11am in Dance Addiction studios (East Belfast).
This is a relaxed, beginner-friendly programme designed especially for carers - no dance experience needed, no pressure, and absolutely no expectation to “get it right”. The focus is on enjoying some time for yourself, moving to uplifting music, and connecting with others in a warm, welcoming space.
