With Spring upon us and Summer just around the corner it’s time to get out and get rambling again! Everybody is very welcome to take part in a Disabled Ramblers NI Program at Shopmobility Belfast .

Disabled Ramblers NI Program at Shopmobility Belfast is to be started in June and lasts until mid September. This is our annual event of daily rambles and residential one at variety venues across Northern Ireland. The Program gives the opportunity to people with limited mobility to visit and enjoy the countryside where previously it had been unable to do so.

The coming ramble takes place during the famous event ‘Belfast Maritime Festival’ in Belfast on Saturday, 28th June.

A series of majestic Sailing Ships will arrive at Belfast Harbour this summer as the city hosts its third Belfast Maritime Festival. The ships will dock in Belfast on 28 and 29 June in preparation for the visit of the Tall Ships Atlantic Challenge in 2009. Other events include music, a continental market, demonstrations, children's activities, exhibitions, boat tours and watersports.

Disability Exhibition 2008 is the largest disability exhibition in Northern Ireland. This year the show will be held at the Lagan Valley Leisureplex, Lisburn on Friday and Saturday, 6 - 7 June 2008 from 10.00am - 5.00pm.

Shopmobility Belfast will be one of many exhibitors displaying a range of products and services for people with disabilities. Why not call and see us!

Thanks to the Shopmobility Belfast electric scooters and manual wheelchairs will be on hand free of charge to the visitors with mobility difficulties at the Balmoral Show 2008.

On 6th of March 2008 Shopmobility Belfast is going to open its new fifth satellite in Belfast area. The office will be based at Victoria Centre. At the moment we are recruiting new volunteers willing to help us in daily tasks at the new office at Victoria Square Centre.
